Our Service Department is headed by our new Service Manager, Jim Stegman, and his assistant Lynn Goldsmith. Jim comes to us with a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of the service end of the business. With over sixteen years of experience as a technician, a service manager for a multi-line european import dealership (Mercedes,BMW,Rolls-Royce,Lambhorgini) and most recently as Parts Mananger for a large dealership in Albany, Jim will ensure your service experience will exceed your expectations. We have five technicians, all Toyota factory trained and with the highest levels of accomplishment of Toyota factory certification. Dick Phillips has been with Glens Falls Toyota for over twenty years and holds Toyota's Master Certification. There is no better, more experienced Toyota technician around. Chuck Snyder has been with us for eight years and is about to complete his Master status. Ron White comes to us with over six years of Toyota dealership experience, and is also a Toyota Master Tech. We are pleased to welcome Phil Geidel to our staff of technicians, having a long history with Honda service before joining us. Larry Wolfe has five years of Toyota experience and ten years experience of various pre-owned cars. Our technician-in-training, Trapper Granger, fills out our service staff. Jim and his assistant Amy Eddy, will go out of their way to help you receive your parts in the fastest, most efficient manner possible, even accessing nationwide Toyota dealer's inventories on line to get that hard to find part. BODY SHOP Glens Falls Toyota maintains a complete body shop repair facility on premises. Our Body Shop manager, Tom Torebka, has been with us for almost fifteen years. His technical and customer service skills are second to none. Harold Winchell and Dave Lanning, both have many years of body shop experience. We also work on any vehicle, not just Toyotas.
